I. CONSTITUTION

1101.   NAME

The name of this association shall be the New Jersey Soccer Association, Inc.

1102.   PURPOSE

The purpose of this Association shall be to organize, administer and promulgate the sport of soccer while protecting its affiliated members and benefiting participating players physically, morally and in all other respects.

This Association shall engage in all other activities reasonably related to and not inconsistent with the above.

1103.   HEADQUARTERS

The headquarters of this Association shall be in the State of New Jersey.

1104.   AFFILIATION

This Association shall be affiliated with the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) and shall recognize the authority, rulings, and by-laws of that body.

1105.   MEMBERSHIP

Every soccer league and every soccer team having headquarters within the State of New Jersey, which is properly constituted and approved, shall be eligible to membership with this Association.

There are 2 types of Membership available:

a) Full members

b) Associate members

1106.   COLORS

The representative colors of this Association shall be royal blue and golden yellow.
